ChronoForms v8 is currently developed version for PHP8 and above, you can keep v7 and set the Joomla error reporting to None in order to hide these warnings.
Or you can install v8 on the same website then backup your v7 forms and restore on v8, most settings are restored but some are not so you will need to test each form and make sure that it works as you need it.
