Repeater minimum counts

Set a minimum number of uploads in a CF repeater.

Overview

The user needed to require at least two uploads in a form but did not know the correct setting.
Use the "Start Count" setting in the repeater element and set it to the desired minimum number, such as 2.

Does anyone have a solution to force at least two uploads in ChronoForms 8 using a repeater? How can I make trigger on key= 2?
