From my understanding the setting should on the frontside like a default checked box "keine" and the list of the selectable options as listed in the setting.however, with such a selection:

How can that be and how to fix?

What is the default "checkbox" ? where does the "0" come from ? do you have another checkbox with the same fieldname ?
And you should not have a space before or after the "=" in options
