Issue with Site Cloning

Good morning,

I'm encountering an issue with a website where I've installed Chronoforms 8.

I prepared and set up the site on a staging server, and everything was working perfectly. However, the moment I moved the site to the live server, the Chronoforms menu pages stopped working.

Both servers belong to the same provider and are confirmed to be identical. I opened a ticket with the provider, and they confirmed there are no differences between the two (both run PHP 8.3).

The site was cloned using Akeeba Backup.

Despite this, the exact same page works on the staging server: https://assofranchising.justweb.cloud/startup-richieste.html

But it fails on the official server: https://assofranchising.it/startup-richieste.html

Can you please help me troubleshoot this?

Hi

Any system plugins or modules you have enabled on the live website but not on the test website ?

No. I reinstalled the latest version of Chronoforms and installed (and disabled) Jquery Easy, but it hasn't worked since day one, nor did it work after I installed these two components. It was simply a clone from one server to another. Same server, same site.

Something on your live website page is changing the JavaScript code loaded by ChronoForms, most probably this is a System Plugin, otherwise it can be the template, so please make sure that the same system plugins on both websites are enabled, and that the template has the same settings.
