When submitting a form to email the responses are taking and long time to receive. And I'm also receiving emails with just "This is a list of form data:", but no fields/results. Is there a setup I'm not formatting correctly, or is this expected behavior?

Where do you place the Email action ? can you post a screenshot ?
Email delivery time is not something form dependent, it depends on the mail server used on your website and the receiving mail server too, do other emails from your website arrive quicker ?

I've located the Email action under Submit and I'm using PHP Mail. I have since tested another component to send emails, and they too are taking a while to receive. Trying to understand why some emails are complete with fields/responses, some with just fields, and some with nothing.
Test the form few times, does it send any empty emails for any of the tests ? do you get the correct number of emails sent ?
I just retested and received the fully populated email right away, without another blank email (like it was doing prior). So, it appears to be functioning as expected.
