"DUPLICATE ENTRY" SHOWING IN THE FORM VIEW

Resolve duplicate entry errors in ChronoForms form view.

Overview

The issue occurs when duplicate data entries exist in the database table.
Access the database via phpMyAdmin, identify and delete the duplicate records causing the conflict.

THIS IS FIXED. I DELETED THE DUPLICATE ENTRIES IN THE PHPMYADMIN. THANKS
