We could not connect to the chronoengine.com web server - v7.0.12

Hi,

I have just paid for the validation, trying to enter the validation code, and getting the error provided in the subject.

I have checked the forum and the latest says, please upgrade to 7.0.10. But I am on 7.0.12.

Please suggest.

Hi bbaraba

it may be an issue with the CURL connection from your webhost to our server, are you able to install ChronoForms v8 on the same website and try the validation there ? v8 does not use the cURL and if the validation works then we know it's a CURL issue

this can be some firewall on the CURL connections, or a limited number of hosts you can connect to...etc, but v8 uses a different way
