Form Disappear After Submission - How To Keep It On Page?

Hi there, After the form is submitted, I am able to see the Thank You message that I created.  I would also like to see the form, but it is no longer showing on the page. Thanks!

Hi LikeStuff Try to add in the Submit event of the form a Message and after it a "Reload page" action
