Perfect sending, but loading freeze page

Hi, My form send correctly user and Admin  E.mail,

...but randomly is freezed with LOADING, only on some PC or Imac

Can you help me?

Hi archiged

does your form start a download when you send it ? if a download starts then it will block the page

if not then it may be a Javascript error, do you have the AJAX enabled in your form ?
