User Email Is Not Sending

The user is not receiving the email after submitting the form. We have tested this numerous times and still nothing. Is there anything we can do?

Please test the form using the "Admin view" link in the forms manager, does the email work there ?

And using v8 is highly recommended

Tested it in Admin view and no it does not send.
