You need to disable autocomplete for all form fields ?
Yes autocomplete for the form where much easier as setting up each input field.
But the main problem is with autocomplete on the form sents no emails.
autocomplete is when the field will show you previous entered values, is this what you mean ?

Yes previous entered values thats it. If i use autocomplete the form sents no email but the values of the filled form are in the database.
I still can not understand the question 100% but please test the form in the admin area using the Admin view link, does it work there ?
