ChronoForm V8 domain validation issue

Validation Error Message:  This domain has not been added to your ChronoEngine.com account.

Domain name is registered on the ChronoEngine account, however, it is all upper case and it is all lower case in the extension on my website. I cannot access the domain name on either account.

How is this resolved?

I have updated your domain record to lowercase in order for the validation to work, please try again and let me know

Good morning Max, I pray all is well with you and your family.

Thank you for attending to this matter for me.

I started on the "Contact Form" only to see a message indicating "For technical issues, use the "Forum"". Just an observation I guess I picked the wrong "category" for "Validation>

In the end, what really matters is my "Extension" is working.  For that, I sincerely appreciate YOU!
