The issue occurs when the form submission email is not automatically copied to the email address provided by the user in the form.
In the email action's recipients field, use the placeholder for the form's email field, such as {data:email}, to dynamically send a copy to the user's entered address.

I would like a copy of the form to be sent to the email address filled out in the form. How do you do that?
in the email recipients use {data:email_field_name}, so if your Email field is named "email" then you should use {data:email} in the Recipients
