CF8 Wordpress Still not working with Text Field present

I was hoping the issues with the Wordpress version were resolved with today's update. the good news is that the Recaptcha is now working. Huzzah!

The bad news is that the plugin is unusable if you have a Text Field in your form. Which I assume is most of us.

I made a test using a basic form that only had HTML, Radios Group, Text, Recaptcha, and Button. When the Submit button is hit, you still land on "Page Not Found". If I remove the Text Field, then the form submits, you land on the proper message page, and the email is sent.

So, still need to get this form working.

Interestingly, when I uploaded the new update, Wordpress still thinks it's at 8.0.37. After update, it reports 8.0.37 on the Plugins page as well. But obviously something changed, because the Recaptcha now works.

Thank you, I have now updated the version number.

I think I know why the problem occurs, do you give your text field the name "name" ? because WP has few reserved parameters, if you use any of them then that would break the page, the most common one based on past problems is "name", so change your field name to something else
