CF8 - new forms

How to create new forms in ChronoForms 8.

Overview

The problem is a bug in version 8.0.35 that prevents creating new forms.
Downgrade to a previous version, then wait for and install the upcoming update that fixes the issue.

OK, after the downgrade I can create new forms. Should I update to 8.0.35 again?
