I can't set "enabled" to yes in email properties , O_O

First i want to thanks for your kind to help .

I can't set "enabled" to yes at every email area from the Email properties .

The button " enabled" in email properties has fade can't be dropdown or click anythings.

I try to set a long time but i really don't konw why.

Hi I believe that i need to set enabled to yes every email under email properties. My problem is there are no options under email properties, just the header and the downwards pointing arrow, but nothing underneath. Also, sorry but I don't see a setup email tutorial in your tutorials section. Any help would be hugely appreciated. thx
