typo in output.php

fix a typo in the CF email action output.

Overview

The issue is an incorrect HTML closing tag in the email output file.
Change the incorrect opening table tag to a proper closing table tag in the specified line of the file.

Hi all,

in administrator/components/com_chronoforms8/pages/chronoforms/actions/email/output.php

line 53 should be "</table>" instead of "<table>"
