I using CF8 to create a simple form on a page on my website at - https://lbhcphila.org/mind-your-mind-pre-checkinUpon clicking "Submit", nothing happens -- just the "loading wheel" spins. No email is sent and nothing is saved to the database. The only submit actions I've added are email and redirect.What is causing this issue with my form?
there is a problem with recaptcha on your form, you need to double check the configuration or use a different security method
