Try to open the browser console when the cursor is rotating, do you have any errors there ? what are they ?
Unfortunately nothing, I also deleted some descriptions to make the form lighter, but nothing good. Now the cursor rotates continuously even after sending the penultimate page. 🙁

your form alias has a space ? if yes then can you fix this ?

if the form has no private info then you can attach a form backup here, otherwise please send me a message using the contact page and you can attach the form backup after i reply
Greetings. I'm always sorry. Yesterday evening, after some checks, the form worked perfectly. But this morning, when I connected from another computer to fill out the form, the cursor appeared again and always rotates. Even from my computer, just now? the same problem occurred. I feel like I'm going crazy 🙂
please disable the AJAX feature on the form, under Settings > Behaviors > interface, does it solve the issue ?
No need for AJAX if it causes issues on your form
