What can I safely uninstall from previous ChronoForms versions?

How to safely uninstall components from previous CF versions.

Overview

The issue is having outdated extensions from older CF versions still installed.
Uninstall the two ChronoForms7 items and the ChronoG3_Plg plugin if you no longer need version 7 functionality.

I've been using version 8 for a while and works fine, I was wondering, from the screenshot, what can I safely uninstall from past versions? Thanks.

if you do not need to v7 then you can uninstall the 2 Chronoforms7 items along with the ChronoG3_Plg
