Actions disappear on mousewheel down.

Overview

The issue occurs when scrolling down with the mousewheel, causing actions to drop to the bottom of the page and vanish.
This bug has been addressed and will be resolved in the next CF update.

Not sure what the issue is, no errors in console.As I mousewheel down, it continuously drops to the bottom of the page and is never seen again.
