CF6 has been installed in a Joomla site for years. The contact form I built is no longer sending emails to the recipients. The site is elredondo.californiadar.org. Could this be because the site needs to be re-validated? I have temporarily taken down the form.

No, there must be something else affecting your emails, like your email server, the form itself will not switch off any features after the initial setup

I sent an email from the global configuration screen. It arrived. Is that the "global config" you refer to? The message said "This is a test mail sent using "PHP Mail". Your email settings are correct!"

There is a Switch action which changes the recipient based on a selection on the form. I just sent emails using all four choices (they were all to my email address) and all arrived. I have done this step before, but when I change the choices to four different email address, the recipients claim they don't get them.

I am out of things to try.

if it was working before but now it does not without any changes then it must be the mail server, this is most probably the case since the test email on the site is working.

Check your mail server requirements, sometimes the "From" email must match a specific domain, try to use the same from email in the test email sent by Joomla, does that help ?
