CF8 - Standalone for filter / search functions

How to create a standalone filter/search form in ChronoForms 8.

Overview

The issue occurs because form submissions redirect to the submit area instead of reloading the original page.
Use the new "reload" action in the latest CF8 update to reload the page after submission, allowing the form to stay on the filter page.

Hello Max! You have written several times that this can be done with CF8. However, I just can't get it to work! Please explain what exactly I need to set up. The goal should be that I need checkboxes, dropdowns and a text field for search/filter functions on the first page.

These should then be used for the SQL query. However, I always end up in the submit area, not on the original page
