Call C8 forms from a link

Call a ChronoForms form from a link in an article.

Overview

The issue is not knowing how to generate the correct link to trigger a form in CF8.
Create a hidden menu item for the form and use its link, or copy the direct link from the forms manager.

In CF6 I was able to call a form from a link within an article. How can I do that with CF8?
