Validate a IBAN bankaccount number

How can I validate a bankacount number. I know you can do it with a function, but I can't find an example how I define a function within a field validation.

Can you help with that?

This is done in the "Validations Test" demo form which you can install in the latest v8 update, PHP is used to check that the last field value does not have the substring "http"
