yes, in Chronoforms v7 under your "service" field settings, go to Behaviors > Data > Alternative data
Then define a list of values and the new value to pass, then you can use {data:service_field_name} as the Recipient of your email
Usually your "service" field will be a "Radio group" or a dropdown so that you can select one option
