Chronoform8 Form works in preview but not when embedded in an article?

I have a simple form which emails the form to various email address.
This works fine in the Preview and I receive the email with the form fields when I submit
I have embedded the form in and article and when I submit the form nothing happens and I don't receive emails

Embedded in article : - {chronoforms8}sponsorship-application-form-2024{/chronoforms8}

Any help would be most appreciated

most probably a cache problem, do you have cache enabled ? if yes then please try to disable it or lower the cache setting

Have cleared cache and tried the form (embedded in an article) using Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge and I get the same issue. Form works as intended in the preview mode but freezes when form viewed in a browser.

You need to be logged in to see the article with the form embedded in it.

please try to disable the cache completely, does it fix the issue ?
