Chronoform8 issue with security field not displaying

Hi, I have a chronoform8 form with a security field set up before the submit button.(8+2 = 10) etc.
the security question works in the preview but does not appear when the form is embedded into an article.

Further to this above, I have removed the security field and I still get this error message when submitting: -
0 - HY000, 1364, Field 'uniq_id' doesn't have a default value

Any help would be appreciated

Do you have Joomla cache enabled ? did you test with it disabled ?

v8 does not have uniq_id column, are you using an old table ? if yes then please remove that column or supply a value in the data source
