Updated Joomla 3 to 4, and chronoforms 5 to 7.
I have two recipients listed in chronoforms settings (though just using one makes no difference)
Testing my form I get the error
YOU MUST PROVIDE AT LEAST ONE RECIPIENT EMAIL ADDRESS.
I've tried multiple setting in Joomla Global Config.
