Hey there, i made with Chronoforms 6 a form with partitions area because it has such a big amount of fields, that it is better to display it on seperate "pages" with a "next" and "rev" button. Now I upgrade the site to joomla 4 and Chronoforms 6 isn't compatible with it. So I installed Chronoforms 7 and tried to rebuild the form (sad there isn't a way to import a different / older form) but I miss the partitions area field. What for an alternativ I have to realize it? You'll find the original form at https://www.fachanwaltskanzlei-rz.de/kanzlei/online-dienste/online-scheidung
Please help. Kind regards

Hi, @pixeldichter,
You could use Multipage option. It should be in CF7 somewhere. Then add Next (Button submit) and Back - link (that points to Event or Page before) with a class "ui button" or whatever CF7 use.
I am still using CF6.
Sincerely,
Elita

Oh look, didn't noticed that there is a version I can use with J$ and PHP 8. But when I do so and try do display the form as a module in my Pagebuilder site, I get an "Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Factory::getURI" error.
When I try to hit the form direct via menuitem, it works. Some kind of strange isn't it?
Kind regards.

Hi, @pixeldichter, judging by the error it seems that Max did not adjust module to J4.
I have never used Module feature. Better User experience is to have form on the separate page so the user should not scroll down for it - especially If user browse your page with the phone.

what about using v8 instead of 7 for your new form ? it works better on PHP8
Hey Max, yeah, rebuilding the form in 7 wasn't the result I want. So I didn't try 8, but for the first time it will work in 6. I managed it via new menuitem and not with module.
Kind regards.
