I'm using Chronoforms7 on Joomla 3.10.11 and php 7.4.33. I have this on two separate websites and it's stopped working on both of them. Get the indefinite spinning wheel when 'I an not a robot' is checked.
Don't know if this is relevant, but if I access the form in the back end by clicking the admin link in the forms manager, it works fine.
Would appreciate any help in getting to the bottom of this.

can you post a link to your form here or through the contact page ?
Many users are reporting that captcha is suddenly spinning, if you are sure that it works on the same website in the admin area but not frontend then it must be a conflict with something else on the page, another script or code
