I have installed ChronoComments. Then I click in Comments Manager on "Parameters".
I select an Category.
i select "yes" in "Guest can post"
i saved my changed and go to front-end

I see this message as a guest and as registered user.

which Joomla version/Chronocomments version is this ? what happens when you set registered users can post and is logged in ?
