Make ChronoForms event triggers work on multipage forms.

Overview

The event triggers were only functioning on the first page of a multipage form.
Move the event trigger configuration to the second page of the form to ensure it activates correctly.

Hello Max... The event triggers only work on the first page of multipage forms. If I move it to the second page, it no longer works...
