We have changed domain for 2 websites.
We need to validate the Chornoform 7 to the new domain (2 sub domains)
Please help us update the validation key for the 2 domains listed below

The global validation key is not working. How do i use the old validation keys for the new domain. we have transferred the 2 sub domains to the new domain. Pls help.

Hello is there a contact number so we can call to find out how to get the global validation key working.
we need to transfer the number to our sites transferred to the new domain. Old numbers dont work either because the domain name has changed.

Please help. Is there a way to add the new validation number to 2 sites on a new domain.

Hello, by my experience - if the validation key for the domain is not working, tha means that the key is older than year 2018 (or 2019) dont remeber correctly.
So you need to buy the new key.

Thank you so much for that. There is however a new global key but that does not work.

We purchased 2 validation keys
Jan 2021 and May 2023 but those are attached to the first domain. We have moved the 2 sites last week to a new domain and are unable to use the 2 keys.

Do we have to remove/delete the keys from the old domain site to make it work on the new domain.

The global key (I have the global key too and strongly believe everybody does) does not work for keys purchased erlier than 2018 (or 2019). Just purchase the new one and add the domain to the key on this website, then enter your global key to validate on joomla.
If the keys are later than 2018 (or 2019) - then you should ask Max if he could release those keys for the new domain.
However, It is not much to pay for the Max hard work I believe. I would not bother him for this.
