I should create a project to refine which basically should:

create dynamic ads with db data
synchronized precisely on insertion
of these on db

I give an example

if you need a form to collect data then chronoforms 7 &8 can do that.

if you need a form to process payments then I need to know which payment service you are going to use, because a payment service integration will be needed.

Did you download Chronoforms v8 and test it ? did you create a simple form and follow the tutorial ?
