Resolve a ChronoForms 8 installation error.

Overview

The issue is caused by an incorrect reference in the installation XML file.
Edit the XML file to remove the problematic reference, ensuring the necessary library folder is retained for proper functionality.

I just fixed this, it should now work fine, the libs folder is needed for installing the TCPDF library
