Error, form not working anymore

How to fix a ChronoForms form that stops sending emails after configuration changes.

Hello,

Form is not working anymore. After I made a recipients email "send to user" I get these error message.
It is not working anymore and not receiving any email.

it does not look like your form has any actions setup from the debug, can you post a screenshot for how the form is configured now ?

we need to check the "Settings" area and the "Actions"

i just tested the form and its working, the debug is shown on all form pages, but the form submits and sens the emails.
