validation not ok

After entering the validation key , the message " Validation successfully" appears. But leaving the page and opening again the Chronoform5 page, the message " Your Chronoform installation on www. diealtescheune.be is NOT valdated.

Please install v7 on the same website and try to validate, does the validation work on v7 ?

You do not need to create any forms when testing v7, just test the validation

Do I have to install first the module (mod_chronoforms7.zip) and then the Extension (chronoforms_v7.0.10.zip) or only the Module... I have not much experience with this ...

just the extension, then you can validate in the admin area

I installed the extension ----> the website does not respond anymore.... I become a white page, in the administration part aswel in the frontend...

This means that you may have an old PHP version, do you have access to your database with phpmyadmin ?

you will need to disable this plugin under the "plugins" table:

chronog3_plg

I only see chronog3_extensions, chronog3_acl_profile, chronog3_forms7_datalog and chronog3_user_service_accounts but no chronog3_plg

that will be under #__plugins table, it's a system plugin, and you need to find it's record in the plugins table then set the "enabled" or "state" field to "0"

This will disable the plugin and let you open the website again

I can't find it, so I restored a backup from yesterday. The site is up and running again.

Can I conclude that the validation problem chronform5 can not be solved in this configuration ( PHP version 5.6.40 , Joomla 3.10.11)?
