Do I have to install first the module (mod_chronoforms7.zip) and then the Extension (chronoforms_v7.0.10.zip) or only the Module... I have not much experience with this ...

that will be under #__plugins table, it's a system plugin, and you need to find it's record in the plugins table then set the "enabled" or "state" field to "0"

I can't find it, so I restored a backup from yesterday. The site is up and running again.
