Validation error

Impossible to validate, and this is error message:
" Validation error, your server does NOT have the CURL function enabled, please ask your host admin to enable the CURL, or please try again using the Instant Code, or please contact us on www.chronoengine.com"

I have jut enabled cURL in my php.ini

Did you restart the web server after enabling curl?
