Frontend View is going to the website's home page.

winchesterlyon 11 May, 2023
Hi,

Issue:
When I click on the link to view form on site, instead of taking me to the form, it takes me to the home page of the website. Also, multi-page forms that are published will should the first page, but when you click the "Next" button to go to the second page, it takes you to the home page instead.

When did it start
This issue after updating Joomla from v4.2.8 to v4.3.0. Under the previous version, the frontend view showed the form as expected and multi-page forms processes as expected.

Additional info
The Admin link works as expected. The Joomla v4.2.8 was from a fresh installation as well as ChronoForm v7.0.10. The form was also recreated from scratch in the new installation. In fact, the only thing that was reused from the old (Joolma 3.x) website was the database table.

I'm beginning to believe that this issue is caused by Cloudflare. I'm not too sure, but maybe someone more experienced with Cloudflare could tell.

I am having this issue as well.

Did you try to disable cloudflare temporarily and test?

I am not using Cloudflare but I am being redirected to the home page of the Joomla 4 website.

Do you know if there is a workaround for this?

Same problem in v8 ? nobody else reported this issue so it must be dependent on something on your website, and I could not reproduce it too

I can give you admin access to test it out on my site. Any help is certainly appreciated. I haven't had a chance to dig too far into v8 just yet.
