I bought a key to validate my chronoForms 7, and when I try it I keep getting the message ChronoForms7 is NOT validated.

I validated that my two domains match, I have noticed that the domain that is in chronoengine has a / at the end of the url and the one that is shown in joomla does not. When I add the / in Joomla, I validate and it shows me the message that it could be validated. but when I return to the main menu the message appears again: ChronoForms7 is NOT validated. In short, it has not been possible to validate yet.

Could you help me, I haven't been able to use the product for 3 days because it has not yet been validated.
