Error- Notice: Undefined variable

I have an error, well more so a Notice it would seem...

Notice: Undefined variable: posted in /home/myshcom/public_html/partners/modules/mod_chronocontact/helper.php on line 123

there is line 122 and 123,

<?php } ?>		
		<?php if (($posted)&&($paramsvalues->captcha_dataload)){ ?>		

When i disable the Menu via my template the Notice goes away so im thinking something to do with the menu or something :?

Hi csifo,

you can set error reporting to "none" for now at the joomla global config, it will hide it, I will fix this issue in a stable release for the module!
