"not validated" on some mobile versions

Hi all,
unfortunately, there is no more structured forum nor a search function on the new CE site. Therefore, I don't know if this issue has been reported yet.
Under this domain: regio-feuerwehr-taeuffelen.ch we can find several CF forms. Here, on desktop as well as on mobile (through GSM), there is no issue at all. But my customer reports - and proves with screenshots - that on his Samsung Galaxy S10 (Android 12) and his colleague's iPhone Safari, the forms are not displayed correctly, but with the messages about missing fields because it's a non-validated version...
Strange enough. They both cleared the cache and restarted their browsers.
As said, no problems on my end of the line...

Any hints?

Hi Martin,

For search please use this on Google:
site:chronoengine.com ajax

where "ajax" is the search term!

For your issue, maybe they opened the site with a different address in the browser's address bar, if you validated xyz.com but they opened the form under zzz.com then the validation will not work!
