OK, now that I have my forms made, I want to start publishing them. I'm still in Joomla 3.xx and PHP 7.x and want to make sure everything is working there before upgrading to Joomla 4.x and PHP 8.x.
I would normally (as I did in CF6) make a module and then an article with that module.
In CF6 I had a choice of Chronoforms 6 within Modules. With the full licensed package of CF7 there is NO option to choose Chronoforms 7. And I did download the entire package. What am I missing???
If I just add the short-code for the form, it just shows exactly that script, not the form.
It is very frustrating and difficult for those of us who are not programmers to understand the changes in CF7. It's still the best product out there with it's capabilities, it's just not documented and the YouTube videos don't cover how to show the form on the front-end of the website.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance,
Donna

Hi Donna
I am using a form on Joomla 4 and PHP 8.1
I created a menu item and selected as menu-type item 'Form view'
You can see it at
https://www.pegasus-rcvliegclub.be/index.php/onze-club/aanvraag-lidmaatschap?view=form
Is this what you are after?
Cheers
Gino

Gino,
Thank you so very much. I will give that a try.
There are so many changes in CF7 as compared to CF6. And I did not ever personally use CF5, the previous webmaster had chosen Chronoforms. So it's difficult for me to figure things out and I am a beginner with both Joomla and do not write PHP at all.
Thank you again for your quick response!
Happy Holidays!

Gino & all,
I guess I don't see the point of putting this out there on a hidden menu. If you open the form in the website view and copy and paste the url, you can use that as a link on your site to get to the form.
Or am I doing something totally wrong???
Best regards,
Donna

Thank you Gino!
There are so many ways to do the same thing, sometimes it makes it very confusing.
Again, thank you for your help.
