I created a new (and very basic) form from one I used on another site. When I try to view the form (not logged in) I get the error message "You are not authorised to view this resource." If I log in as "admin" on the site I *can* view it, but no other user (up to "publisher") can.
I know I'm missing something basic, and this must be related to Joomla permissions, but darned if I can find it.
Any suggestions?
Hi,
Which Joomla and chronoforms versions is this ? did you assign the form to a menu item and set it for public ?

ChronoMyAdmin: Database administration within Joomla, no phpMyAdmin needed.
ChronoMails simplifies Joomla email: newsletters, logging, and custom templates.
Joomla 1.5.3
Chronoforms 2.5 J1.5 RC2
I created a main menu item and the permissions on the item are public. However, the menu item only shows up if I'm logged in as "admin"
If I click on the link in the admin panel's Forms Management (while not logged in to the site) I get the authorization error.
Hi,
your joomla version is outdated and all versions before 1.5.6 have severe security hole, you should upgrade, add to this that maybe it has a menu permissions problem ? we don't know!
I suggest you get V3.0 from Chronforms too, if you have one or 2 forms you can copy code over easily, let me know!

Max

I upgraded to Joomla 1.5.6 and Chronoforms 3.0 BETA 2
Created a basic form - just a name and a <H1> tag in the form code. Click the form link in Forms management...same error.
Hmmm...looks like Juga is the problem. I removed it and it's working. I'll figure out what Juga's issue is (if I even still need it).
Thanks for your help!
Great!
