How do I put a recaptcha into the chronoforms 7 form?

Add reCAPTCHA to a ChronoForms 7 form in Joomla to prevent spam.

Overview

The issue is spam submissions due to the form lacking a reCAPTCHA security feature.
Navigate to the form's settings, go to the Security tab, and enable the Security images option to integrate reCAPTCHA.

How to insert a recaptcha into a chronoforms 7 form on Joomla 3.10.10. A lot of spam has been coming through the form for some time. I am looking for some manual, but I cannot find it for this version of Chronofroms 7,
