If you use the option "rich-text-editor" of the "advanced settings" of a "text area", the "Visual Blocks" are true by default. To chage this, I found this:
open in your Joomla-installation ..plugins\system\chronog3_plg\chronog3\assets\js\g3.tinymce.js
set in line 35 : visualblocks_default_state: true to visualblocks_default_state: false
