v7's Calendar Display Format does not seem to support AM/PM or weekdays.

I already enabled Time Setting for AM/PM format and the datepicker displayed correctly AM/PM format.
​
mm/dd/YYYY (aaa) or hh:mm tt cannot be rendered in the field area.

Is there a way to display these formats? Americans cannot read 24-hour military time. LOL

HH:mm is the only format I can get to work for both Display Format & Real Format
I have AM-PM format enabled and Select hours only disabled under the label Disable Minutes.

I only want Time in 12 format without seconds yet the field is populated with 24 format regardless.
What I mean is, the pop-up calendar uses hours on a 12 hour plane and then allows selection of minutes 5 minute increments.
Selecting 7:30PM displays 19:30 no matter what I do...
