Destination directory not available.

Resolve the "Destination directory not available" error in ChronoForms.

Overview

The issue occurs when the upload directory path in the CF settings is incorrect or inaccessible.
Navigate to the CF settings in your administrator panel, verify and correct the upload path, then clear the cache to apply changes.

Hi
I installed the new chronoform 7 and created and tested the form. now comes this error message.
Destination directory not available.
I couldn't find any solutions on the internet either, please help me

Answer
Go to yourwebsite.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_chronoforms7&cont=tasks&act=settings and look in the Upload section. Make sure the path there is correct.

I install Chronoforms7, I test it. Everything ok.
I buy it today and now it does not work anymore...

The upload path was not good, I change it, but always the same message : Destination directory not available. And I clear the cache

/var/www/vhosts/xxxxxxxx.ch/components/com_chronoforms7/chronoforms/uploads/
