Hello, when we receive an enquiry, the formatting presents this rectangular frame in which details of the actual enquiry are included, see photo here

Is it possible to remove this formatting and how? I'm asking because when making a search within inboud emails the words inside that formatting are not searched. Thanks.

Curious that the words are not searchable - they are presumably text in the email. I guess that you could use Custom Email formatting to get round this.
